Inessa Grinblat, M.D.

Dr. Grinblat has extensive experience in internal medicine, acute and chronic patient care. Her experience also includes research in coronary artery disease and diabetes. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York and is licensed in New Jersey.

Igor Priven, M.D.

Dr. Priven is a board certified endocrinologist. He completed his endocrinology fellowship at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, with additional training at the Mayo Clinic. He is the only endocrinologist in Middlesex/Monmouth counties designated as a “Thyroid specialist” by the American Thyroid Association (www.thyroid.org). He performs and interprets thyroid ultrasonography and ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration of thyroid nodules as well as Bone Density (DEXA) scans for osteoporosis evaluation. He is a member of The American Thyroid Association and Endocrine Society. Dr. Priven always makes sure that patients are well educated about their diagnosis and treatment plan, and always puts patients at ease.

Jacqueline Vaynkof, M.D.

Dr. Vaynkof is a board certified endocrinologist who received her undergraduate degree from New York University and earned her medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. She completed her residency and fellowship training in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine at North Shore-Long Island Jewish Medical Center where she served as chief fellow. Dr. Vaynkof is a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE). Her clinical areas of expertise are diagnosis and management of thyroid disorders, performing thyroid ultrasounds in office, evaluation and care of Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes including management of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors, as well as of other endocrine problems such as osteoporosis, parathyroid disease, PCOS, adrenal and pituitary diseases. Dr. Vaynkof speaks English and Russian.

Joseph Schafer, D.C.

Dr. Schafer is certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College, completing his internship at the NYCC Syracuse Health Center. He was chosen for and completed an Orthopedic rotation with Syracuse Orthopedic Associates. He has extensive experience in diagnosis, treatment and management of sports and other traumatic injuries. Additional training includes pediatric chiropractic procedures. He is also certified in Wellness Management. He is licensed in New Jersey.

Simon Becker, DPM

Dr. Becker is Board Certified by the American Board of Lower Extremity Surgery and the American Association of Wound Care Surgeons and has been providing care to patients in New Jersey for over 20 years. Dr. Becker received his medical degree from Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine and a B.S. in biology from Wilkes University. He completed his podiatric surgical residency at North Detroit General Hospital: Emphasis on trauma and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle. Dr. Becker has been a guest lecturer at Novartis Pharmaceutical and Bradley Pharmaceutical, where he also served as research consultant. He has been a guest speaker at the AED Health Education Conference and has served as a member of the Finish Line Medical Team for NY and Philadelphia marathons, as well as a teaching assistant in gross anatomy and lower extremity anatomy. In addition to his extensive credentials and years of experience, Dr. Becker is committed to providing a comprehensive level of compassionate care and state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment options to patients of all ages and stages of life.

Inna Gimelbrand, M.S., R.D. (registered dietitian)

Inna Gimelbrand is a Registered Dietitian who completed her Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University and then went on to complete her Master’s degree in Nutrition and dietetic internship at Saint Elizabeth University. She has over 6 years of experience working as a clinical dietitian in the long term care setting and working one-on-one with clients to achieve various health goals including lowering cholesterol, losing weight, improving their blood sugar control and creating healthy behaviors for longevity. Inna takes an individualized approach to counseling her clients by looking at factors that can affect nutrition. She helps her clients learn to create lifelong sustainable changes where they can enjoy their food while optimizing their health.
